Team moved $1million from Rug Radio in 4 chunks. This is to cover the $1,076,183 million budget approved this month.
Rug Radio x Miami Metaverse partnership: Rug Radio sponsoring two main stages.
Partners: Miami Herald and Univision — great for web2 adoption
Morning show has generated about 60Ξ in revenue — 15% went to the DAO totaling 9Ξ [on chain]. Remaining 85% went to Rug Radio NFTs buyback by the Morning Show team.

Mike Kriak spending a lot of time interviewing lawyers and accountants to help find an entity. goal is to ensure compliance with regulations. Right now Rug Radio is. an unincorporated not-for-profit business.

Team also hired Melina as the new Rug Radio TikTok content creator.
🗳️Operational Council Vote — Did Not Meet Quorum — New Proposal Draft Coming
The Operational Council Proposal was compliant with the framework but we got < less than 45% of quorum. We got close.
Team had some conversations with large holders who had concerns about transparent KPIs for operational council members.
New Operational Council Proposal will be introduced as soon as later today on discourse and discord thread → team will give a longer timeframe to receive community feedback before getting proposals acted upon
Team working on the 60/40 vote split not showing up correctly on the snapshot
Team is considering allowing $RDAO → $RUG liquidity. This would probably be a limited-timeframe. Conversation is ongoing with Farokh, Mel, Will Papper, and others.
